1. Sales Executives - Specialized Heavy Earth Moving Equipment
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the
incumbent will be expected to meet Sales targets for construction and earth
moving equipments through direct marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, anticipate and sale of heavy earth
moving equipments to new and existing quality customers and close all
sales leads within the shortest time possible in an efficient way.
- Achieve or exceed the target, on number of
prospects logged. This ensures achievement of Company’s business
objectives and a larger customer base.
- Providing an interface between the
organization, existing and prospective customers in order to maintain good
customer relations, so as to meet customer needs within the strategic
objective of the company.
- Develop additional business from the existing
company clientele - i.e. increase share of wallet by cross selling of the
equipments to the existing and potential customers.
- Obtaining timely, relevant market intelligence
feedback for enhancing service delivery to customers.
- Participate in campaigns to ensure all heavy
earth moving equipments information is readily available to the target
market.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge
Experience & Key Competencies
- University degree in Marketing from a
recognized Institution.
- A Diploma in Sales & Marketing or its
equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ demonstrable experience in sales
and marketing of heavy earth moving equipments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, including the ability to convey ideas and positions clearly.
- Excellent customer service skills with the
ability to establish and develop relationships.
2. Vehicle Sales Consultants
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the
incumbent will be responsible for selling and marketing the company’s vehicle
brands, while ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the respective
franchise.
Key Responsibilities
- To achieve and maintain the Company prescribed
sales standards
- Identify and follow up on prospective
customers to ensure closure of businesses.
- Prepare and implement sales call programs.
- Conduct presentations to customers designed to
achieve set targets and maximum results from sales opportunities.
- Provide superior customer care by ensuring
that customer queries are promptly responded to and customer needs are
adequately addressed.
- Ensure proper handing over of products to
customers upon collection and demonstrating the use of various functions
in the vehicles.
- Conduct market awareness/intelligence exercise
to bench mark the company’s products against competitor products.
- Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles
presented for part exchange using a systematic appraisal record system.
- Validate vehicles valuations and negotiate
with potential customers to maximize sales.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge
Experience & Key Competencies
- University degree in Marketing from a
recognized Institution.
- A Diploma in Sales & Marketing or its
equivalent will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years’ demonstrable selling and
marketing experience preferably in the Motor Industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, including the ability to convey ideas and positions clearly.
- Excellent customer service skills with the
ability to establish and develop relationships.
3. Service Manager (Eldoret)
Reporting to the Service Operations
Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the provision of efficient and
cost effective service of motor vehicles that will result in increased
divisional/branch productivity and ensure clients get value for their money.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the daily activities in
the workshop.
- Identify the practical and innovative working
practices in use in workshop.
- Ensure effective & regular appraisal of
employees training & development needs. Opportunities for training
& development of staff, in view of current & anticipated business
needs are created and supported to build the business.
- The jobholder will be responsible for
maintaining operating standards with his/her direct report workshops and
highlight any challenges for action.
- Ensure that all customer queries are addressed
and related problems are resolved within acceptable timelines to
customers’ satisfaction
- Follow up on available spare parts in regard
to heavy plant equipments.
- The job holder continually reviews business
processes and uses SAP functionality and identify areas where increased
efficiencies and improvements to CSI can be achieved.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge
Experience & Key Competencies
- University degree in Automotive/Mechanical
Engineering from a recognized Institution.
- At least 8 years’ demonstrable experience in
automotive/heavy machinery.
- A Results oriented and hands on approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, including the ability to convey ideas and positions clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the
ability to establish and develop relationships.
- Demonstrable analytical , and Leadership
skills, decisiveness and business acumen.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize
workloads and meet tight deadlines.
