Position: Arabic Speaking Customer Service Executives

Job Summary: The Arabic fluent Customer Service Executives will work in a busy call center, mostly dealing with Arabic speaking clients, looking into their needs according to the company’s procedures.
Duties
- Build rapport with customers by greeting them
in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Follow up on the needs of the customers
accordingly
- Ensuring that customers understand product
information, and be able to provide additional information to customers as
needed
- Listen attentively to customer needs and
concerns; and offer help accordingly
- Prepare complete and accurate work and update
customer’s files
- Effectively transfer misdirected customer
requests to an appropriate party.
- Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems
to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
- Participate in activities designed to improve
customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key Requirements and Skills
- Very fluent in both Arabic and English
- Ability to deal with International clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Past work experience in Customer Service or
Sales and Marketing
