seeking to recruit Customer Care Personnel to join their dedicated team
Location: Nairobi
Salary: 30K
Duties and Responsibilities
·
Understand the Automotive market (car
brands, types and models), (tires brands, patterns and sizes)
·
Understand customer’s needs and
expectation.
·
Provide and propose the best solution
that meets customers’ needs.
·
Quote and close the sales order on
the initial customer enquiry.
·
Up-sell and cross-sell company
products and services offered by the outlet to maximize the turnover and
profits.
·
Effectively manage and solve
customers’ complains.
·
Build and maintain effective working
relationships with operational colleagues and workshop staff.
·
Act as a mentor to other members of
the Sales Team
·
Be professional and approachable at
all times, providing an excellent service to all customer
Qualifications
·
Diploma is sales and marketing, Customer
Service or other related field
·
Should have a B in maths and a Mean
Grade of B in KSCE
·
2 years Experience in sales/customer
care
·
Motor industry experience is an added
advantage
·
Good customer care skills.
