Company Description: Our main focus is within the areas of ICT, energy and infrastructure, but we also work within food, agriculture and natural resources where we see business opportunities for Swedish companies.

What do we expect from you as a Project Manager in Kenya?
Your work will focus on leading and participating in the consultant teams at the office, supporting our Swedish clients in their international business development.

Your work will focus on leading and participating in the consultant teams at the office, supporting our Swedish clients in their international business development.
Projects vary from high-level market
analysis and strategy development to setting up and participating in hands-on
business meetings between Swedish clients and local customers or
partners.
You will be based in Nairobi, but
some travel to Sweden and in the region will be required. Another important
aspect of your work will be initiation of sales to existing or potential
Swedish companies, as well as add-on sales in on-going projects.

Who are we looking for?
You have a higher academic degree, probably a Master of Science in Business and Administration or/and Engineering. We believe you may have a background as a management consultant and/or experience from other international trade promotion organisations and have working experience in managing projects for at least five years.

You have probably actively participated
in prospecting and the sales pitch of consulting assignments. You have an
international experience in doing business and working or studying
abroad.
A very high level of proficiency in
English is a requirement. French is an advantage, but Swedish is not required.
Experience from doing business in the East African region and doing business
with UN is also considered a merit.
As a person you are business-focused, result-oriented, analytical and adaptable. Social and team-working skills are highly valued as well as passion for and ability to handle new challenges.
