Duties and Responsibilities
- Management of RTAT and overall performance of
the Service Centre
- Planning, forecasting and implementation of
Service Centre action plans
- Provision of ample business and technical
knowledge to manage smooth operations of the Service Centre
- Implementation of ISO Procedures, systems and
work flow processes
- Overhaul the spare parts department
- Spearheading health and safety activities in
the Service Centre
- Internal staff training
- Day to day operations on the Service Centre
- 100% stocks for Service, Showroom & AC
- Manage and control customers Un-Collected
items
- Manage and improve In-home service ratio
- Responsible for Air conditioning and showroom
stock
- Opening and closing the showroom when
required.
- Branch administration and logistics, to
support the Showroom Manager.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by
Superior
Qualifications & Skills
- Over 5 years Customer Service experience in a
related field with Domestic Appliances handling an added advantage
- Good customer handling and customer
interaction skills
- Good Decision Making skills,
- Excellent Communication skills
