Our client, a growing International
Logistic company in Nairobi, is looking for a Chief Accountant.
The successful candidate will lead,
mentor, guide and generally oversee the smooth and professional operation of
the finance department and MUST have experience in the logistic sector.
- Budgets and profit & loss statement to be
properly done by 15th of every month.
- Previous day cash flow statement to be ready
everyday by 12.00 noon.
- Previous day bank account reconciliation to be
ready everyday by 12.00 noon.
- To provide all the reports required by the
security department on time.
- To ensure proper and correct mark-up &
discount on invoices proper mark and timely credit note issuance.
Qualifications:
- Must have a CPA / ACCA with at least a degree
in a relevant discipline.
- Must have a MBA in Finance.
- Must have at least 5-10 years of experience in
financial management.
Skills:
- Strong financial management skills.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural
environment.
- Work successfully under pressure.
- Excellent People Management and communication
skills.
- Strong & Positive Leadership.
- Computer literate
- Customer service experience
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.
200,000 /= (Approx. 2,222 USD)depending on experience
