With an extensive team spanning the
region, their selling solutions are delivered through merchandising forces,
field sales forces and/or retail consulting services.
They seek to hire a dynamic and
result driven Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizing, maintaining and managing diaries,
calendars, bookings, appointments and meetings for the MD and the company
- Liaising with various departments, suppliers
and clients and relaying essential information from the MD
- Making follow ups on accounts payables and
receivables
- Offer secondary support to the HR team in the
process of recruitment, due diligence and other HR related tasks as
advised
- Data management and updating of personnel and
company related records
- Assist in the preparation of reports, letters
and presentations
Desired experience, qualifications
and skills
- Diploma in Business Management
- At least 2 year’s work experience in
administration preferably having worked in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and organizational
skills
- Strong character, mature, discreet and
meticulous
- Age 27 and above
- Driver’s license (added advantage)
