Our client is actively involved in the Modern Retail and Traditional Retail Trade for FMCG, Electronics and other industries. 

With an extensive team spanning the region, their selling solutions are delivered through merchandising forces, field sales forces and/or retail consulting services. 

They seek to hire a dynamic and result driven Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizing, maintaining and managing diaries, calendars, bookings, appointments and meetings for the MD and the company
  • Liaising with various departments, suppliers and clients and relaying essential information from the MD
  • Making follow ups on accounts payables and receivables
  • Offer secondary support to the HR team in the process of recruitment, due diligence and other HR related tasks as advised
  • Data management and updating of personnel and company related records
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, letters and presentations
Desired experience, qualifications and skills
  • Diploma in Business Management
  • At least 2 year’s work experience in administration preferably having worked in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong character, mature, discreet and meticulous
  • Age 27 and above
  • Driver’s license (added advantage)
