Sales Support Executive cum Receptionist Job in Nairobi Kenya

Overview: Our client in motor vehicle, is looking to hire a Sales Support Executive cum Receptionist at their Nairobi office.
 
Qualifications

Academic: Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales / Marketing from accredited University.

Experience: 2 - 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar position.

Other:

  • Strong in Microsoft word, excel, power point and other relevant computer packages in point of sales.
  • Ability of handling big and small clients
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good at coordination
  • Good at Multitasking
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing of tires
  • Sales support for invoicing, follow up for payments etc.
  • Design and prepare monthly reports like MIS and other relevant reports as and when required.
  • Act as a back for sales team, technical follow up as per our principal guidelines to backup sales.
  • Handling the walk in customers effectively and efficiently.
  • To achieve sales target as per budget for retail sales.
  • Focus should be on sales through dealer network, end-user and OE segments
  • Budgeting, selection of fact moving sizes/ordering/inventory control/ stock updates/ aging analysis and control trough ADP.
  • Strictly follow the credit policy of management.
  • To keep a watch on competitors activities and advice management about steps to be taken.
  • To assist manufactures by providing technical market inputs in our territory.
