Senior Driver

Job Purpose: The senior driver will be reporting to the
Transport Officer. Ensure the company vehicle is properly driven and maintained
as per company policy
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe movement of staff from source
to the destination as per instructions
- Work and receive instructions from the
Logistics Department
- Maintain the company vehicle and ensure its
good working condition
- Keep a record of the vehicles movement through
the ‘Work Ticket’ and report any anomaly immediately

Job Purpose: The Sales Representative will be Reporting to the
Regional Sales Manager. He/She will ensure the products are available in the
market at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Salesmen/Ladies in the direct
selling and marketing of the products
- Prospect for new clients and markets
- Set targets and monitor performance of the
different sales routes
- Oversee the collection of debt at the
territory level
- Generate periodic reports (sales reports,
market intelligence reports, debt collections reports)

to act as a link between the sales depot and the head office.

- Prepare budget for the Sales region
- Set and Achieve sales volume and revenue
targets for the region based on budget

- Handle farmers and milk suppliers concerns

Job Purpose: Reporting to the report to the Chief Manager
Sales & Marketing, the National Sales Manager will oversee the sales

- Manage the entire sales staff in regional
offices and coordinating the sales function for the organization.
- Preparing the national sales annual budget for
managerial approval
- Set the periodic sales and performance targets

Legal Officer

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Company Secretary & Chief
Manager Legal Affairs, the Legal Officer will offer legal advice and guidance
to other management and organization as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
- Draw contracts, agreements, leases and any
other legal instruments that the company enters into with a third parties
- Attend court hearings
- Prepare witnesses and the evidence as well as
presenting the same in court while keeping an updated record of all court
cases

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Chief Manager, Internal Audit,
Risk & Compliance, and the holder will undertake reviews of the NKCC’s ICT
infrastructure and provide assurance to management on the adequacy of the
system controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular risk assessments in the NKCC’s
Information System and recommend measures to mitigate them.
- Develop annual Information Systems audit plan,
programmes and schedules on priority basis.
- Audit automated systems and information
technology in all areas of the NKCC
- Establish extend of compliance of automated
systems and information technology
- Provide support to other assurance processes
- Review, test and rate controls of system
security from access to disaster recovery plan
- Extract data from complex computer systems to
facilitate audit compliance and substantive testing procedure by use of

Job Purpose: The Estates Officer will be Reporting to the
Legal Officer. He/She will be in-charge of maintaining an inventory of all
company properties including land, buildings
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring payment of statutory outgoings on
land rates and rents
- Sorting out land title issues
- Ensuring valuation of assets is carried out on
regular basis
- Ensuring maintenance of company houses is
