Naivasha area. This resort hotel, with outstanding resort features comprises:
outdoor and indoor restaurants, conference and seminar facilities, a swimming
pool, and boat riding facilities, amongst others.
The right candidates will be persons
passionate about their work, capable of offering leadership at all levels and
keen to take up new challenges.
They must be computer literate and
conversant with the latest version of Opera Hotel management systems. Excellent
oral communication skills are essential. Knowledge of at least one foreign
language is an added advantage.
F & B Manager (Naivasha)

Based at the lodge, the F&B
Manager will be reporting to the Lodge Manager, and will be responsible for all
day-to-day food and beverage operations of the Lodge.
Applicants must be holders of Advance
Certificate in Food & Beverage Sales and Service from Kenya Utalii College,
with at least five years’ experience in a similar position in a four or five
star establishment.
F &B Controller (Naivasha)

Based at the lodge, the F&B
Controller will be reporting to the General Manager, and will be responsible
for Revenue controls for F&B department to include: Food cost, Beverage
cost, correct payments and cost of supplies and finally control of stock in the
stores.
Applicants must be holders of Advance
Certificate in Food & Beverage Sales and Service from Kenya Utalii College,
with at least four years’ experience in a similar position in a four or five
star establishment.
Sales & Reservations Assistant (Nairobi)

Based in the Nairobi Sales Office, the Sales & Reservations Assistant will be reporting to the Sales & Reservations Manager, and will be responsible for the promotion of sales, and the efficient operation of the reservations office.
Applicants must be holders of at least a Diploma in sales and Marketing Management from a recognized training institution, with at least five years’ experience in a similar position in a four or five star establishment.
