Our client is a market leader in distribution of used car sales, maintenance service, parts sales, as well as car rentals. 

They seek to hire a self- driven admin assistant to perform administrative and office support activities.
 
Job Responsibilities
·                     Control of company cars and drivers
·                     Liaison with outsource company on cleaning and building maintenance, staff caterer
·                     General upkeep of premises, office furniture procurement and maintenance
·                     Stationery procurement and control
·                     Operating Company switchboard and monitoring staff cell phones
·                     Handling Insurance matters
·                     Monitoring and payment of utility bills
·                     Assistance to HR Manager - leave records, absenteeism etc
·                     Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
·                     Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
·                     Provide information by answering questions and requests
·                     Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
·                     Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Job Requirements
·                     At least 2 years experience in a similar position
·                     Diploma in Office Admin or other relevant field
·                     Team player
·                     Self driven
·                     An organized approach and excellent time management skills
·                     Excellent communication skills
·                     The ability to work well as part of a team
·                     Computer literacy and good typing skills
·                     Accuracy and attention to detail
