This job will be based in Mombasa, Kenya
 

Reporting: The Regional Head reports directly to the Distributor Development Manager.
 
Key Areas of Responsibilities
·                     Adhere to the systems, policies and procedures.
·                     Participate in conducting internal analysis of the department by providing data related to Distribution sales performance of the region.
·                     Work to achieve CC/Distributor sales targets as per Company Annual Plan.
·                     Continuously appraise & report on  CC/Distributors’ Networks, gaps, opportunities.
·                     Maintain and update CC/Distributors database containing all the details related to distributors of the specified region.
·                     Ensure that all the CC/Distributors in the particular region are aware of the various products. In case of any kind of product training, usage training etc is required the same should be arranged with the help of HO.
·                     Monitor the sales performance of distributors and track the sales of various products sold by CC/Distributors.
·                     Ensure reports are prepared as per schedule and required format and share the reports with DDM and HO.
·                     Ensure stocks out are prevented at CC/Distributors site by providing replenishment of the stock on schedule once the order is confirmed.
·                     Ensure timely payment by CC/Distributors of the region.
·                     Ensure promotional activities done by marketing team covers CC/Distribution sales channel and will assist marketing team in conducting those activities.
·                     Liaise with delivery person to ensure that deliveries to CC/Distributors are done as per schedule.
·                     Assist CC/Distributors in formulating their sales plan, promotions, reporting etc.
·                     Gather market information in the Assigned Territory and share with DDM & sales team at HO.
Key Participatory Areas:
·                     Pass on any quality related issue or complaints received from market to Quality Assurance.
·                     Assist marketing team in conducting all ATL and BTL activities in the specified region.
·                     Help other sales teams if collaboration is required for sales purpose.
·                     Coordinate with logistics in charge to insure timely delivery to customers.
·                     Share market intelligence regarding competitor activities, new products, and new customer demands with the team.
Prepares following:
·                     Weekly/Monthly Market Coverage Plans-Itinerary
·                     Weekly/Monthly Secondary Sales Data Reports off CC/Distributor
·                     Distributors Sales, stock report ,Distributors credit report
·                     Monthly Brand Support Plan & Report
·                     Monthly New product market feasibility report
·                     Weekly/Monthly Market Intelligence Report.
Desired Skills and Experience
·                     Must be a holder of a Degree either in a business or social discipline
·                     A sales and Marketing Professional training is an added advantage
·                     3-5 years’ Experience in FCMG is required  with demonstrated Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services
·                     Must have good business acumen
·                     Must have good reporting, communication, computer and Problem solving skills

This Job will be based in Mombasa, Kenya
 
Reporting: The marketing analyst reports directly to the marketing manager.
 
Key Areas of Responsibilities
·                     Create analytic and tracking reports that will help crystalize the marketing strategy
·                      Create customer profiles by demographic and behavioral characteristics
·                     Track customer behavior in terms of response to on ground activities, above the line communication
·                     Create a post campaign response tracking and a return on investment (ROI) reporting system
·                     Design tests in conjunction with marketing leads, as well as provide analysis used to plan a promotional campaign
·                     Create mail and telemarketing lists
·                     Create post-campaign response tracking and R.O.I. as well as a more detailed campaign response analysis. Use analyses to design strategies for future campaigns.
·                     Create analytic and tracking reports that help define marketing strategy for marketing leads
·                     Track customer behavior such as response, churn, product selection, etc
Principal Accountabilities
·                     Marketing Communication and public relations
·                     Marketing Strategies, Planning and market trends
·                     Operations Strategies
·                     Marketing Activities Reporting and coordination.
Desired Skills and Experience
·                     Preferably a Master’s degree in market research or communication
·                     Three years of related experience, one year working in the commercial/FMCG sector or related experience in data base marketing or direct marketing
·                     Strong quantitative analysis capabilities of an collecting, interpreting, analyzing data and relay the same in an organized in a concise format
·                     Highly motivated, results oriented and proactive with an ability to prioritize and manage several open projects at a time
·                     Superior operating knowledge or Microsoft office (including excel, word, PowerPoint, oracle)
·                     A team player in a cross functional role
·                     Strong project management skills able to capture and manage action items
