Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the Jumia
Sales Force
- Producing reports and tracking sales team
KPI's/ targets for the head of Sales
- Produce weekly and monthly reports for the
Head of Sales.
- Produce monthly sales department reports
(spreadsheet and typed report)
- Train sales staff on soft skills and Jumia
Sales process
- Maintenance of Sales team sign ups/ equipment
etc
- Manage social media presence for the Jumia
Sales Force Team
- Take telephone enquiries from prospective
customers regarding both forthcoming and existing business
- Creating a client database for future use with
mailshots.
- Assist in activation planning and execution
- At all times comply with company policies,
procedures and instructions.
- Contribute to improving the business and
enhancing the reputation of the company
Qualifications
- Degree/ Diploma in Business/ Sales & Marketing
- Excellent IT skills especially using Excel and
Other ERP software
- At least 1 year experience in Sales Admin work
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel and
PowerPoint
- Action oriented and results oriented
- Strong analytical skill, Charismatic, Well
organized and Resistant to the stress
