Office Administrator Job in Kenya

An IT company is looking for a recent graduate who will work as an Office Administrator.

Job Duties:

  • Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
  • Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, proposals and correspondence
  • Assign jobs and duties to office staff as needed
  • Monitor office operations
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
  • Serve as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
  • Manage staff schedules
  • Track office supply inventory and approves supply orders
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Good Working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Powepoint)
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce
