An IT company is looking for a recent
graduate who will work as an Office Administrator.

- Assists office staff in maintaining files and
databases
- Assist in preparation of reports,
presentations, proposals and correspondence
- Assign jobs and duties to office staff as
needed
- Monitor office operations
- Schedule appointments and meetings for
executives and upper level staff
- Serve as the go-to for office inquiries and
conflicts
- Manage staff schedules
- Track office supply inventory and approves
supply orders
- Maintain office services by organizing office
operations and procedures
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing
related results as needed.
- Excellent oral and written communication
skills
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree
of accuracy
- Highly organized and flexible
- Ability to multitask and meet changing
deadlines
- Must be self directed and able to complete
projects with limited supervision
- Good Working knowledge of MS office (Word,
Excel, Powepoint)
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferably in Business
Administration, Bachelor of Commerce
