Office Admin Job in Kenya

Ladder Consulting Limited is the leading consulting firm in formulation of strategy & execution models for institutions in the Public Sector. 

We work with public sector institutions to create and deploy performance management models that serve to bridge their performance gaps.

Ladder Consulting is looking for
 administration personnel that will support the firm in getting to the next level. 

While we are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year experience, stress is on an individual who pays keen attention to detail, is highly flexible and has strong multi-tasking skills.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • In charge of correspondence
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • Devising and maintaining office systems
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
  • Preparing tendering documents
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post;
  • Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
  • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
  • Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required;
  • Arranging both in-house and external events.
  • Ensuring the firm is up to date on statutory obligations, licenses and other requirements
  • Managing staff leave
Skills / Qualifications
  • Minimum three years experience working in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and ICT skills
  • Presentable with a pleasant personality
  • Must be a person of high integrity and confidentiality
  • Outgoing with a ‘can do attitude”
  • Strong problem solving skills and paying keen attention to detail
  • Practical experience using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Experience working with tenders will be an added advantage
