Administrative Responsibilities
- In charge of correspondence
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents
and computer-based information;
- Devising and maintaining office systems
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping
notes;
- Liaising with staff in other departments and
with external contacts;
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and
equipment;
- Preparing tendering documents
- Sorting and distributing incoming post and
organising and sending outgoing post;
- Liaising with colleagues and external contacts
to book travel and accommodation;
- Photocopying and printing various documents,
sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
- Recruiting, training and supervising junior
staff and delegating work as required;
- Arranging both in-house and external events.
- Ensuring the firm is up to date on statutory
obligations, licenses and other requirements
- Managing staff leave
Skills / Qualifications
- Minimum three years experience working in a
similar position
- Excellent communication and ICT skills
- Presentable with a pleasant personality
- Must be a person of high integrity and
confidentiality
- Outgoing with a ‘can do attitude”
- Strong problem solving skills and paying keen
attention to detail
- Practical experience using a variety of
software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- Experience working with tenders will be an
added advantage
