1. Hotel Operations Manager

Reports To: Managing Director

Responsibility: Managing a team to effectively operate the hotel and maintain all operating standards, ensuring that the hotel meets health, hygiene and safety standards whilst achieving budget and maximizing profitability. 

You will be responsible for ongoing staff training, management and motivation, supported by Heads of Department throughout the hotel.

Key Duties: 
·                     Ensure that Westown Hotel offer to guests the product that we promise.
·                     Assume overall responsibility and ownership for the effective, compliant and profitable running of the hotel
·                     Ensure that the hotel meets local health, hygiene and safety standards and other prescribed standards
·                     Implement and maintain all standards & procedures laid out in the Management Manuals
·                     Ensure the financial success of your hotel by achieving budget and maximizing profitability
·                     Manage your team of staff to operate the hotel effectively
Ideally you will have: extensive experience in the hotel, leisure or service industry including a management position, a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, strong leadership skills and commercial awareness is essential. 

Experience of living and working outside your home country is advantageous, as is fluency in French, Italian or German.

2. Head Chef 

Reports To: 
Operations Manager
 
Responsibility: Plan, direct and supervise the food preparation and cooking and serving activities of Westown Hotel.
 
The Head Chef must be able to demonstrate:
·                     Possession of diploma in food production
·                     At least 6 years catering experience in a busy environment
·                     Excellent inter personal and communication skills
·                     Analytical and problem solving skills
·                     Must be a team player
·                     In depth knowledge of culinary arts including cooking. Baking and food presentation.
·                     General knowledge of business management principles, strategic planning and resource allocation.
·                     A thorough knowledge and practice of Health & Hygiene Principles.
3. Front Office Manager

Reports To:
 Operations Manager
 
Responsibility: Directing and controlling the activities of the Front Office, Reservations, Guest Services, and ensuring adherence to the Westown Hotel standards, policies and procedures.

The Front Office Manager must be able to demonstrate:
·                     College degree or equivalent experience.
·                     Minimum five years hotel experience, specifically in Rooms Division Department.
·                     Demonstrated supervisor skills; good judgment and common sense.
·                     Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
·                     Superior written and oral communication skills.
·                     Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self and others.
