Kibuchi & Company Advocates
located in Nairobi has a vacancy for Three (3) Commercial
Law Advocates with post admission experience of atleast Three(3)
years.
- A Member of the Law Society of Kenya
The ideal candidate must be in
possession of;
- A Current Practising Certificate For The Year
2014
- A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree
- A Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School
of Law.
- A Masters Degree in Law/Finance/Business will
be an added advantage.
- Certificate of Admission to the Roll of
Advocates of the High Court of Kenya.
- Must be Computer literate.
- Must have atleast 3 Years Post Admission
experience in a busy law firm or within a commercial institution or
undertaking.
- An in depth understanding of Conveyancing Law
and practice.
- An in depth understanding of Commercial Law
and practice.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work well with others as a team
player.
- Should be proactive, self motivated and
aggressive.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle pressure and meet work
deadlines with minimum or no supervision.
An attractive remuneration package,
commensurate with the qualifications and responsibilities of the position will
be negotiated with the right candidate.
