Corporate Staffing Services is medium sized recruitment consultancy firm based in Westlands Nairobi. 

We recruit for Kenya's top medium sized companies and foreign companies looking to do business in Kenya. 

We are looking for a hands on client service officer who will work with the management in order to meet our client’s expectations.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 
The Client Service Officer will be in charge of;
  • Managing key accounts by ensuring constant communication with clients
  • Sources for qualifies candidates through the database, online job portals, cold calling,    headhunting etc
  • Meet with clients and understand their recruitment process
  • Prepare application summary and interview reports for the clients
  • Invoicing and following up on payment
  • Inform clients on requirements and procedure
  • Quality assurance- perform quality checks
  • Delivers on daily production standards and adhere to service and quality standards
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with relevant government bodies and institutions
Qualifications & Skills
  • A Bachelors degree in either in marketing, administration, communication, public relations
  • Qualifications in HR is desirable but not a must
  • Practical Ms Office skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Excellent networking skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Organized and attentive to details
  • Excellent grooming skills
  • Ability to handle competing projects with strict deadlines

  • Must have worked in the service industry with a minimum of three years experience
  • Age: 26 – 32 years
