We are a chain of restaurants with
branches across Nairobi.
We are seeking to recruit high
calibre, results-oriented and self-driven experienced Administration Manager to
join our team at our Head Office.
- Review contracts and leases.
- Follow up with Landlords or premise Management
on any issues on leased premises.
- Ensure the rates paid are correct according to
the signed leases and that payments are processed accurately and paid on
time.
- Draft contracts and agreements for suppliers,
marketing, advertisement and promotion events and other service providers
in liaison with the Company lawyers.
- Make follow up on all legal documentation,
make changes on contracts and other documents as reviewed, implement the
changes and communicate the same to the involved parties.
- Review payments for both commercial and trade
suppliers.
- Liaise with the Company advocates on any legal
matters that pertain to Company operations.
- Act as the personal assistant to the Managing
Director on various occasions.
- Create procedures in use within the
organization and document them for adoption across the Company.
- Supervise Records Management systems in the
head office.
- Seek solutions to operational challenges and
address them with Management.
- Deal with Company’s outgoing and incoming
correspondences.
Requirements:
- Must have a degree in Business Administration
from a recognized university.
- Must have a diploma in Law.
- 3-4 years experience as an Administration
Manager at a senior level.
- Must be between 30-40 years.
- Experience in Property Management will be an
added advantage.

- Must have an eye for details.
- Must be assertive, organized, confidential and
trustworthy.
- Must be professional and conduct her/ himself

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
