Vacancy: Office Messenger / Assistant

Salary: Shs 17K gross
Our client is one of the largest and most professional providers of transport
services in Nairobi, Kisumu and Mombasa.
They seek to hire an office messenger
/ assistant to help in the delivery of parcels, letters and tenders as well as
help with clerical duties at the front office.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and Sort letters, tenders, parcels
etc to be delivered according to the delivery route
- Delivery of documents, mails and any
other parcels to clients, suppliers, service providers etc
- Collect parcels, documents, letters etc from
suppliers, service providers, customers etc
- Record information on all collections
and deliveries done in a day
- Ensure that deliveries and collections are
signed for
- Deposit all items collected at the local
distribution point for disbursement to various offices and departments
- Perform general office or clerical work such
as filing, printing, scanning, photocopying, or running errands.
- Responsible for general cleaning of the
office.
Skills and Requirements
- KCSE graduate.
- At least 27 – 30 years old.
- Must be in possession of a valid accident-free
driving license.
- Must have over 2 year’s motorcycle driving
experience.
- Possession of a certificate of good conduct
from the Kenya Police
