Job Description
- Developing sales and marketing strategies
- Provide leadership to insure customer service
and marketing strategy without compromising company profitability.
- Provide executive management detailed
analysis, modeling, pricing and business maintenance and growth
strategies.
- Coordinate communication and activities
between all sales personnel toward accomplishing organizational goals.
- Conduct sufficient research to develop a full

products and plans in line with potential threats.
- Overseeing teams of field sales and tele -

Job Description
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate
financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in
accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with
internal financial and accounting policies and Procedures.
- Ensure that all statutory requirements of the
organization are met including withholding Payments, Income Tax, Goods and
Services Tax, etc.
- Prepare all supporting information for the
annual audit with the approved external auditor.
- Document and maintain complete and accurate
supporting information for all financial transactions.
- Providing and interpreting financial
information;
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and
predicting future trends;
- Analyzing change and advising accordingly
- Formulating strategic and long-term business
plans
- Researching and reporting on factors influencing
business performance
- Developing financial management mechanisms
that minimize financial risk
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for
cost-reduction opportunities
- Developing and maintaining financial
accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts

Simply Accounting Package, including maintenance of the general ledger,

- Develop and implement policies and procedures
as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure.
- Participate as a member of the Finance
Committee.
- Assist the Executive Director with the
financial reporting as required at Board meetings
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance from a recognized
institution
- ACCA/CPA professional qualification
- Minimum of 8 years experience in financial
management with working experience of the Pharmaco Software
- Experience in managing a finance
department team
- Ability to advise on improving profitability
- Ability to prepare budgets
- Excellent Organizational skills - filing,
timely payments
- Assertive, Presentable, Flexibility with
