The Position: Reporting to the MasterCard Labs for Financial

ongoing platform operational efforts.

The Position: Reporting to the MasterCard Labs for Financial Inclusion, the Business Leader, Software Engineering will manage a team of 7 engineers driving hard to bring innovative financial inclusion focused payment solutions to the unbanked and underserved in East Africa.

- Provide day-to-day leadership of the

defining marketing communications and PR strategy for all new products
developed by the Lab, and executing on that strategy with agility and
flexibility in a lean start-up environment.

opportunities and conceive innovative marketing solutions to best support
different market segments and coordinate with the product and technical teams
to execute them and demonstrate creative energy and passion for shaping
successful marketing campaigns.
