currently recruiting a Customer Service
Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- To supervise the execution of logistics work
for a specific client portfolio as well as take charge of the related
communication to the client
- Supervise the team, set goals and monitor the
performance of the direct reports.
- Manage the operational relationship with the
client and alert them in case of any operational issues.
- Monitor file processing and ensure SOP’s are
adhered to at every step of the business process.
- Ensure that operations are performed in
respect to the gross margin & disbursements anticipated when
quotations have been issued
- Control the costs within the COM unit.
- Alert Management in case of significant issues
impacting the operations
- Prepare monthly KPI reports and submit to the
HoD.
Profile:
- Higher Diploma in Social Sciences
- Diploma in Clearing and Forwarding
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar
role in the Airfreight Imports department
