here-below:-
Position: Customer Relations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the existing customer relationships,
including transportation requests, cargo documentation, invoicing, and
debt collection, claims management, input for reporting, contract renewal,
related negotiations, and all other aspects;
- Identify opportunities to grow volumes with
existing customers;
- Develop new business and new customer
relationships for business unit, by signing new long-term contracts;
- Identify and grow client base through various
sales channels including direct selling, agent partnerships etc;
- Take full responsibility for the achievement
of individual key performance indicators; mainly sales volumes and
revenues targets;
- Act as the key interface between customer and
internal divisions in order to effectively plan and manage loading and
offloading schedules;
- Translate customer requirements into internal
action, i.e. planning and manage loading and offloading schedules as well
as plan required capacity;
- Keep abreast of industry activities and
recommend any necessary action to grow potential business;
- Proactively identify and address issues
arising in their area of business, and find creative solutions in a timely
manner

Qualifications
- University degree from a recognized
institution.
- 3 years’ experience in areas such as customer

logistics company
- Project and/or event management experience
