Kazini Africa is looking for an HR administrative assistant to
provide support and coordinate activities in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Review applicant’s CVs
- Call interviewees and invite them to interview
- Draft and send emails to interviewees
- Call interviewee references
- Carry out telephonic vetting of applicants
- Receiving visitors at the Kazini Office
- Filing of office admin records
- Timely reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Eligibility:
- Graduate with a degree or diploma in a
business related course. Specialization in HR is an added advantage.
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Focused and target oriented
- Passionate and highly motivated
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic
