Vacancy: Stores Assistant

Reporting to:Logistics Officer
 
Deputy in case of absence: Logistics Officer

Job Purpose Statement: Assist the Logistics Officer in the smooth, efficient and economical management of the Store
 

Targets and Responsibilities 
  • Receive and issue of inventory. 
  • Proper housekeeping of store and incoming supplies 
  • Loading and unloading of incoming/outgoing supplies 
  • Check supplies to ensure they are well packaged for storage or dispatch 
  • Keep accurate records of stock
Skills and Attributes 
  • A Bachelors Degree in Business 
  • Experience in a purchasing and supplies position
  • Interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Planning and organisational 
Skills 
  • Time management skills 
  • Knowledge of the different routes in Nairobi

  • Merchant Relations Department

  • Outsourced riders
