Kimisitu Sacco is a national Savings
& Credit Society drawing its members from Non-Governmental Organizations
(NGOs), Embassies, International Missions and other Reputable Organizations in
Kenya.
We currently have the following temporary positions:
Position: Marketing Executives
Number of Posts: 2
General Summary: Reporting to the Marketing Manager the job holder will be responsible for selling the Sacco’s products and services to its members and recruiting new members.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- To recruit new members into the Sacco.
- To sell Sacco products and services to
existing Sacco customers.
- To disseminate Sacco information to both
existing and potential members.
- To provide feedback to the Sacco on members
issues and expectations.
- Any other duty as may be assigned from time to
time
Qualifications and Experience:
- O level Grade C and above
- Must be 23years and above
- Must be computer literate
- Past experience in marketing will be an added
advantage.
Skills:
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication and inter personal skills
- Must be a team player and able to work under
minimum supervision.
Terms of Service: Employment will be on a Three months renewable
contract with a retainer and commission.
Transport on marketing duties will be
provided.
Temporary Receptionist

General Summary: Reporting to the HR & Admin Officer the job holder will will attend to visitors and deal with enquiries on the phone and face to face.

Provide information regarding the
society to the general public and members.
Main Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Professionally managing of the Society's
switch Board
- Greet and welcome visitors to the society and
courteously direct them to the relevant office
- Respond to general enquiries from the public
and members
- Dispatch cheques and other correspondence
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
- Marketing of the Sacco
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business
Studies or Public Relations or equivalent
- Minimum KCSE Mean grade of C-
Skills:
- Computer Literacy
- Interpersonal skills: Good communication and
people skills.
- Strong organizational skills
Experience:
- Past experience in customer care or
receptionist work is an added advantage
