Receptionist Supervisor
 
The Receptionist Supervisor is responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to the clients. 

Kindly note, this position is in remote area and applicants should be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To supervise and ensure that all front office duties are effectively conducted to ensure a pleasant experience to our clients
  • To build a good rapport with all clients and resolve any complaint/issues quickly
  • To handle all bed reservations and the POB making sure that the room allocations process is done in the best and efficient manner possible.
  • Responsible for smooth Check ins and Check outs for all clients in the camp
  • Responsible for compiling the Daily POB and sending accurate POB reports to the necessary people.
  • Official custodian of all the room keys in the camp
  • To undertake general office duties, including sending correspondence emails, filings and to ensure smooth running of the reception area.
  • Work together with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that all rooms are clean and tidy for clients check INS.
  • Report all maintenance works needed in the rooms to the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Work in full accordance with AFEX Group policies, procedures, work instructions and all relevant elements of AFEX Management Systems;
  • Oversee the work in the Coffee shop ensuring that all work is done in accordance with AFEX policies and QHSE procedures;
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Business Administrations
  • Previous experience in hospitality
  • Good communication skills
  • 3 years’ experience working in a similar job
  • Attention to details and decision Making skills
  • Delivering accurate and timely results
  • Willingness to work in a remote location
