Vacancy: Office Assistant
Position Summary: A leading research firm of international stature
is looking for an office assistant in the human resource department.
Key responsibilities
The key responsibilities are:
- Prepare and provide beverages and light
refreshments to staff and visitors
- Ensure that all working surfaces are clean and
regular emptying of office dustbins.
- Facilitate distribution of internal mail.
- Run errands and assist in messenger work
- Support the front office executive in her role
from time to time.
Competencies
- Our client needs self driven individual with a
pleasant demeanor, who can converse comfortably and articulately in
English and Kiswahili.
- The person should have an understanding of
operations in a modern and professional office.
Qualifications
- A minimum KCSE D (Plain);
- A Certificate in Business admin/Office admin
or related field;
- At least 1 year relevant working experience;
- A Diploma and Training in Customer service or
Public Relations will be an added advantage
Terms of Offer: Successful candidates will be employed on a 3‐year contract which is renewable on
the basis of performance. This position attracts a competitive compensation and
