Commercial Manager
Job Summary: Reporting to the CEO, the Commercial Manager will
be responsible for overall management of business operations to include
developing business plans, goals and objectives of the company.
In addition to this he/she will be
responsible for:
- Acquiring, building and maintaining strong
relationships with local and international money transfer companies.
- Implementing the company’s business plan to
ensure revenue maximization and target achievement
- Recruiting, building and maintaining a strong
agency network for money transfer product distribution
Qualifications
- Holder of Bachelor’s degree in either
Business/Finance or Marketing
- 3 years related work experience
- Exceptional abilities in managing and
achieving targets
- The individual must demonstrate immense
experience in having developed an agency network with proven results
- Knowledge of IT systems to manage principal
agent operations

Software Engineer / Developer (E-Commerce)
Job Summary: Reporting to the CEO, the Software Engineer will
be responsible for providing technology direction leadership in the analysis,
design, development and delivery of an E- commerce platform and API
integration.
The Software Engineer will also be
responsible for:
- Ensuring that all operational Software systems
are running, functioning well and are up-to date.
- Advising on the technical system
specifications that are to be acquired and are within the scope of the
department.
- Testing and acceptance of the new acquired
software systems
- Ensuring that the operational systems are well
backed up and archived as well as their databases.
- Administration of the Operational Software
systems.
- Software system documentation and generation
of user manual.
Qualifications
- Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science or related field with experience in development of E- Commerce
platforms and integration with 3rd party systems
- 3 years experience in E-Commerce related
technology
- Knowledge of Database Development applications
such as MSQL, Interfacing, Oracle etc
- Knowledge of Graphic Design, software systems
- Knowledge of Programming and well versed with
current IT solutions
- Knowledge of Hardware and Software system
- Knowledge of Networks, Network Administration
and Installation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word,
Excel and PowerPoint Key
