ICT Support Assistant
3 Positions
Role Profile: Reporting to the Manager – ICT Services and Maintenance, the role holder will offer IT support services to the business and also ensure maintenance of all IT equipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing second level ICT support to the Bank
- Providing preventive maintenance on all IT
equipments in the organization.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer networks
of the Bank
- Install and configure computer systems,
diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications
problems.
- Offering first level ATM support to the
business
Candidate’s Qualifications and Skills
- Mean Grade of at least C+ in KCSE
- University Degree in IT/Computing or relevant
Industry experience
- Certification in MSCE, CCNA, ITIL, ITSM will
be an added advantage
- Knowledge of organizational structure and the
business to customer relationship
- Broad technical acumen
- An eye for detail and capacity to meet strict
deadlines while working under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Ability to work and travel to any of the
Equity Bank Branches to offer IT support
