COOPI also conducts
advocacy activities in Italy, to fight the cause of the serious economic gap
between the North and South.
Position: Program Administrator Assistant
Reporting To: Program Administrator and Regional Administrator
Duration: 3 Months with possibilities of extension
Location: Nairobi Regional Office
Key Tasks
- Management
of accountancy software;
- Apply
the correct use of administrative procedures;
- Prepare
and classify all documents and forms necessary for the correct
implementation of the projects according to COOPI administrative
procedures;
- Provide
solutions and define work processes for all planned interventions;
- Reporting
tasks;
- Any
other tasks required by the Program Administrator
Qualifications & Requirements
- Holder
of a degree or Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Administration or related
fields.
- Minimum
of expertise in similar positions and/or in similar sectors;
- Previous
experience with an International Humanitarian NGO is an advantage;
- Handle
multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
- Excellent
and strong capacity of teamwork and coordination with the relevant departments;
- Excellent
inter-personal and writing communication skills;
- Fluency
in written and spoken English;
- High
knowledge and strong computer skills and ability to use standard computing
packages (word, excel, outlook, etc);
