Vacancy: Front Office Assistant

Salary: KShs 17K gross
Reporting to the CEO, the main purpose of this role will be to provide front
office & general administration support as well as executive support to the
managementResponsibilities:
- Operating the switchboard, routing calls and
taking messages where necessary
- Offering information of services offered to
both walk in clients and telephone/email queries
- Manning the reception area and ensuring
cleanliness and hygiene at all times
- Receiving clients and directing them to the
responsible persons
- Responsible for coordinating incoming and
outgoing mail
- Control use of office mobiles and take on
reconciliation of mobile phone bills.
- Filing, scanning, typing and printing of
documents, correspondence and meeting minutes
- Running errands such as banking, deliveries,
pickups etc
- Offering tea/snacks to clients in the
boardroom
- Any other duty assigned
Professional and Relevant Experience
- Previous experience in front office operations
- Age 23 – 26 yrs old, female preferred
- Must have good communication skills both oral
& written
- Must be presentable and with strong language
skills and ability to take up roles and responsibilities on a pro-active
basis.
- Must be confident about using computers and
software applications related to the job
- Be a mature and a well organized person.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma Business Management or
administration
- 2-3 years in a busy office SMEs or medium
sized firm
