Admin Assistant / Secretary 
2 Positions
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepares reports by collecting information.
  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading secretarial publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies; Diploma in Business Studies
  • Computer literacy.

Security Guards / Guardettes

Major Duties & Responsibilities:-
  • Examine doors, windows, and gates to determine that they are secure.
  • Inform and warn violators of rule instructions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
  • Watch for and report irregularities, such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and security doors left unlocked; sound alarm during fire outbreak and alert authorities of presence of unauthorized persons.
  • Carryout regular patrols on foot, both inside and outside the assigned location, looking for suspicious or potentially dangerous behavior.
  • Keep an OB of anything unusual or problematic event.
Job Requirements;
  • Form IV certificate
  • Valid original certificate of Good Conduct with copy of original finger prints must be filed on application (validity 6 months).
  • Physically & medically fit
  • K.C.S.E Certificate
  • Must be a Kenyan citizen Age between 22 - 50yrs
  • Height of 5.8' and above for men and 5.5' and above for ladies
  • Must speak, read, and write English language
  • 2-colored current passport size photographs.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:-
  • Conduct training sessions for guards and a few other security personnel
  • Help in drills
  • Instil discipline to guards
  • Conduct job analysis and advise HR Manager appropriately
  • Market company operations to new clients
  • Any other duty that may be assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • K.C.S.E certificate with C- and above
  • Ex disciplined forces personnel with discharge certificate or of merit
  • Private security experience of 2 yrs and above
  • Valid original certificate of Good Conduct
