Duties & Responsibilities:
- Produces information by transcribing,
formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting
text, data, and graphics.
- Organizes work by reading and routing
correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
- Maintains department schedule by maintaining
calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences,
teleconferences, and travel.
- Completes requests by greeting customers, in

- Examine doors, windows, and gates to determine
that they are secure.
- Inform and warn violators of rule
instructions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
- Watch for and report irregularities, such as
fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and security doors left unlocked; sound
alarm during fire outbreak and alert authorities of presence of
unauthorized persons.
- Carryout regular patrols on foot, both inside
and outside the assigned location, looking for suspicious or potentially
dangerous behavior.
- Keep an OB of anything unusual or problematic
event.
Job Requirements;
- Form IV certificate
- Valid original certificate of Good Conduct
with copy of original finger prints must be filed on application (validity
6 months).
