Training Officers Jobs in Kenya

Our client is an educational institution currently recruiting Training Officers the candidates role would be to  ensure that the training programmes done by all students and  adhere to the Institute’s requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Branch Manager drive the strategic plans and budget of the branch.
  • Assist in recruitment of lecturers for the branch and supervise the teaching.
  • Supervise and monitor the training and examinations
  • Ensure effective implementation of the tuition timetable.
  • Maintaining of students’ database.
  • To promote and popularize other Institute’s products and services within the region.
  • To handle all enquiries on the Institute services and communicate customer needs to the relevant authorities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in a Business related field.
  • Not less than 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Professional qualifications in a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Highly proficient in computer applications.
