Requirements:
  • Fully conversant with the USA Healthcare Industry
  • Excellent in Telesales conversions  will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience dealing with senior executives will be an added advantage
  • Good understanding of the Call Centre Process
  • Neutral accent acceptable to the U.S. & Canada markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent personality and customer service skills
  • Quick learner with great organizational skills.
  • Possess an Undergraduate degree at the minimum requirement
  • Great personality
