Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
We are looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager for our client, a multi specialty hospital providing affordable quality health care for both inpatient and outpatient clients, as well as being a referral facility for Africa.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role is responsible for driving the Hospitals positioning in regard to brand and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Design and direct the execution of Positioning
and Promotion Strategy of the Hospital Brand with key customer groups,
with a view to increasing patronage at the service delivery points in
the main hospital and satellite clinics;
- Mentor, train and manage a diverse team of
Customer Relationship Officers to achieve high performance levels
necessary to achieve targets in line with the corporate strategy;
- Plan, organize and execute strategy to acquire
new customers and customer groups to drive sales growth;
- Plan and execute marketing and sales
presentations to customers and prospects;
- Design and execution of promotional campaigns
in line with the corporate strategy;
- Represent the company to external customers
through regular visits.
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in a business related field
- An MBA in marketing with strong focus in
Customer Relationship Management
- At least 5 years experience in management of a
highly performing sales & marketing team in a reputable organization
- Experience in a healthcare institution will be
a definite advantage
- Proficiency in ICT is essential

Position Overview
Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, the role is responsible for acquisition and maintenance of customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Position and promote the Hospital’s Brand with
key customer groups with a view to increasing patronage at the service
delivery points in the main hospital and satellite clinics;
- Manage customer relationship programs in the
allocated territory and customer groups;
- Prospecting and acquisition of new customers
and customer groups;
- Plan and execute marketing and sales
presentations to customers and prospects;
- Design and execution of promotional campaigns
in line with the corporate strategy;
- Represent the company to external customers
through regular visits.
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing
or Business related field
- Those with a basic degree and possess Diploma
in Sales and Marketing will be considered
- Experience in Medical related sales will be an
added advantage
- At least 3 years experience in sales &
marketing in a reputable organization
- Experience in a healthcare institution will be
a definite advantage.
- Proficiency in ICT is essential
