Position Reporting to: Sales Team
Leader
Key Roles:
·
Maintain and develop relationships
with customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
·
Make cold calls to arrange meetings
with potential customers to prospect for new business;
·
Respond to incoming email and phone
enquiries;
·
Act as a contact between Wananchi
Group and its existing and potential markets;
·
Gather market, territory and
prospective triple play customer information and advise on forthcoming Zuku
product developments and discussing special promotions;
·
Represent Wananchi Group at trade exhibitions
and events under the guidance of HOD and or Team Leader;
·
Record sales and order information
and sending copies to the sales Leader, or entering into a computer system;
·
Review sales performance and aiming
to meet or exceed targets;
·
Gain a clear understanding of
customers' requirements; and
·
Attend team meetings and sharing best
practice with colleagues.
Academic Qualifications
·
Minimum of Diploma certification
