We are
looking for a highly qualified Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor with a
solid background in M & E.
Under the
DRC strategy version 2015, DRC globally, as well as DRC Horn of Africa and
Yemen is committed to strengthen its operational and programmatic profile.
Under the
supervision of the Deputy Regional Director, the ME&L Advisor will be
responsible for developing and maintaining regional level M&E system in
accordance with DRC minimum standards for M&E and DRC evaluation policy
framework.
Requirements:
- A Masters’ degree in international development, programme development;
- social studies, or other related field,
- a minimum of five years of technical experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, experience in similar ME&L function,
- excellent communication skills, high accuracy and attention to detail,
- well planned and organized,
- has capacity for initiative and decision making with competent analytical and problem solving skills,
- ability to work independently and as a team player with demonstrated leadership.
