Customer Care Officer Job in Kenya

Our client, Winas Sacco Society Limited, a Sacco operating from Embu County wishes to recruit suitably qualified and experienced individuals in the following position:

Customer Care Officer

Reporting to the FOSA Supervisor, the customer care officer’s roles and responsibilities shall be as below:

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Providing customer care services;
  • Responding to customers’ questions and complaints;
  • Marketing of the SACCO products and services;
  • Managing Social Media and member and supplier relations
  • Forwarding information on applications; and
  • Any other lawful duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
  • The candidate must possess the following qualifications
  • Have a minimum grade of C+ in Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education;
  • Critical grasp of the main social media channels is a must.
  • Are holders of a Diploma in Banking or its equivalent from a recognised institution; and
  • Have served in a similar grade or a comparable position with similar responsibilities in the SACCO or in like organizations for at least three (3) years.
