Our client
is seeking a self driven individual to fill the vacancy of Receptionist / Front Office Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients
- Receive telephone calls and emails and direct them to intended office
- Respond to customer inquiries on phone, emails or online networks
- Keep front office records of incoming visitors, inquiries, deliveries or outgoing mail
- Draft office documents as directed
- Ensure the front office is presentable and neat at all times
- Other related office duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
- Must have at least 1 year experience in front office or customer service.
- Computer skills and be good in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Ms Word, Ms Excel
- Must have telephone Skills and etiquette
- Verbal Communication skills with good English
- Be a good listener, Professional, punctual and reliable
- Possess Customer service skills, can organize and prioritize work
- Team skills and can work under Pressure and within timelines.
