Operations and Administration Manager

Our client, vehicle tracking company urgently wants to fill the above vacancy.

The successful candidate will be in charge of all the operations and staff of the branch.

Responsibilities
  • Set up required policies and processes for the branch
  • Direct and guide all operational procedures and controls in the branch
  • In charge of improvement of operating procedures to increase profits and/or make the business unit more efficient
  • Develop strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations
  • Lead and manage the team to deliver a culture that supports and contributes to the achievement of financial objectives of the business and meets service standards.
  • Ensure employee productivity by assisting by using the best human resource
  • Produce timely, detailed management reports as needed
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

Qualifications / Experience
  • A Business related Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in operations and human resource
  • Experience in a technology company is a definite advantage.
  • Working experience in a busy vehicle tracking environment is a definite advantage.
