Job Objective: The position serves as the primary
in-house consultant on ALL IT related matters; to meet all organizational
information-related needs by analyzing requirements; availing resources to meet
these requirements and recommending system controls; Protocols and database
Administration.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of reference on all ERP related queries and/ or requirements
- Database administration and systems maintenance
- Troubleshooting problems and providing IT solutions
- Meet operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Provides solutions by analyzing requirements; evaluating capabilities, designing processes and developing systems.
- Improving systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
- Recommending controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
- Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
- Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Contributing to overall team effectiveness by consistently achieving intended results
Experience: Over 3-5 years’ relevant experience
in a busy organization.
Skills and Certification:
- Relevant Degree/ equivalent qualification in IT-related field
- Advanced diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration/ Sales Management
- Extensive knowledge of, and familiarity with SAP ERP is mandatory
- Software Design, documentation, development and implementation skills
- Systems/ information analysis and report generation.
- Software Maintenance and routine hardware troubleshooting
- Advanced Written and oral Communication skills
- Ability to identify gaps and Promote Process Improvement
- Database administration and Maintenance
- Excellent IT skills.
- Attention to Detail
- Be Highly professional with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Solid and verifiable record of achievements
- Willingness to submit to rigorous background check and behavioural testing
