Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal understanding.

- Minimum 2 years working experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stress.
- Ability to go an extra mile to meet customer expectations.
- Possession of a diploma certificate or above in a customer service/business related field.
- Possession of a self-driven car will be a definite advantage.
