Kenya, is seeking a competent, focused and results oriented person’s to fill
the following positions:
Operations Manager
- Microfinance Bank
Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum of a degree in business, accounting, finance or related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Bank operations with proven track record.
- Non degree holder with extensive experience in banking and Microfinance bank deposit taking operations will be considered.
IT Manager
Qualifications and Competencies
- Degree in IT or Computer Science
- Diploma in IT or Computer Science plus 3 years proved working experience in ICT department preferably in a financial institution.
- Be detailed and have strong analytical and monitoring skills
- Highly motivated and have the ability to work with culturally diverse groups of people
- Be honest and reliable
- Have good communication skills
- Business Development Officers - Microfinance
- Experience of 2+ years in Business development in microfinance
