Location: Nairobi
Candidates
within the food industry are highly preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Feeding the machine with materials for production
- Packing the products as they leave the machine
- Run the machine in safe, timely and efficient manner in accordance to food safety procedures
- Ensure optimum utilization of the machine with set ups and changeovers taking shortest time possible.
- Monitor machine to ensure product being applied is of right recipe and according to specifications within tolerance making any adjustments in process.
- Keeping production, productivity/efficiency records and maintaining lubrication and cleaning schedules.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- At least minimum 2 years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs & Internet
- Proven ability to meet steep deadlines
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication & management skills
- Good team player
