Human Resource Assistant
We are

Principal Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain working relationships with clients and managing a balanced recruitment service delivery
- Preparing recruitment and outsource proposals for potential clients.
- Maintain client relationships
- Preparing and conducting interviews
- Conducting reference checks for shortlisted candidates and ensuring that referees respond in good time
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and
Personal Attributes Required:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant qualifications in HR
- At least two years HR and experience
Essential Competencies &
Personal Attributes
- Experience in providing an internal and external recruitment service. Managing individual and bulk recruitment requirements for a diverse group of clients
- An understanding of online candidate management, recruitment databases and job boards, assessment centers and other best practice selection tools.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to assist and support others.
- Proficient in the use of ICT
- Proficiency in Business Language
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Possess high sense of integrity and confidentiality
- Pleasant personality, self-driven and able to work under minimum supervision
- Good negotiation skills

Human Resource Intern
We seek to
recruit a HR Intern who is ambitious with a pleasant personality and has
interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the various departments with their recruitment needs.
- Support in the short listing of candidates for various roles.
- Assist with the daily maintenance of the job seekers database,
- Assist in conducting aptitude tests.
- Assist in editing cvs for shortlisted candidates
- Provide support in any other HR and administrative duties assigned
Knowledge and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a highly confidential environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
