Our client,
a FMCG company wishes to recruit Merchandisers.
The role
will be tasked with supporting the sales of the company products through
holding promotions, monitoring and managing the movement of stock within the
supermarkets.
He/she will
also assist in selling the products to the customers in the supermarket.
Major Responsibilities
- working with the supermarket shelf stockers to ensure that the goods are displayed to maximize customer interest and sales
- actively promoting and selling the products to supermarket customers
- monitoring the slow moving products and taking action to set promotions as needed
- market research and getting customer feedback on products
Requirements
- Experience in Sales/Customer Service /Merchandising experience
- A diploma or certification in customer service or sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Salary: KShs. 15,000 per month
