1. Internal
Auditor
Qualifications
- CPA or ACCA Finalist
- At least 2 years experience either as internal auditor in the hospitality industry or an external auditor with experience auditing in the hospitality industry.
- Aged between 30 -45 years.
- A business related degree from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
- Must have scored at least C (plain) in KCSE or above.
2. Restaurant
Managers
Qualifications
- At least a Diploma in F&B Sales Service or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position or its equivalent.
- Aged between 27-3 5 years.
- Must have scored at least C (plain) in KCSE or above.
- Training in business management will be an added advantage.
3. Chef de
Parties (Senior Cooks)
Qualifications
- A certificate in Food production from a recognized institution
- At least 3 years’ experience ¡n a similar position specializing in hot kitchen.
- Aged between 25 - 35 years.
- Must have scored at least D+ (Plus) in KCSE or its equivalent
