An exciting
position has become available in the FMCG sector, for a fast growing
organisation, based in Nairobi.
This
dynamic organisation seeks a Chief Finance Officer.
The
successful candidate MUST have FMCG experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing the finance policies of the company.
- Monitoring the budget on a day to day basis.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company´s growth strategy.
- Ensuring proper financial and accounting controls.
- Advising on the mechanisms for fiduciary management companies.
- Identifying investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Must have a CPA / ACCA with at least a degree in a relevant discipline.
- Having an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in financial management.
- Must have strong treasury and cash management background.
Skills:
- Strong financial management and profit maximisation skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance and governance requirements.
- Strong operational experience with a sound grounding in the financial considerations of manufacturing entities.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Work successfully under pressure.
- Excellent People Management and communication skills.
- Strong & Positive Leadership.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.250,000 - 300,000/= (Approx.
2,900 - 3,500 USD)depending on experience
